One more win for the Pee Wee's
The Pee Wee's are coming to the end of the regular season and they notched one more win last night.
Howick Hornets came to Monkton in the foggy weather for a 6:30pm game.
Central Perth would get on the board first with a goal 3 1/2 minutes in from Jamie Donnelly, assisted by Hunter Gilbert and Nolan McMillan. Two minutes later, Howick would tie it with a high shot over the shoulder of Zach Bowles. With 2 minutes left, Ryerson Hargrave pulled us ahead with a goal assisted by Sawyer Voskamp and Aleah Brown. Less than a minute later, Aleah Brown would get her own assited by Voskamp and defenceman Owen Smith.
We went into the second with a 3-1 lead.
Hunter Gilbert would get a goal 3 minutes into the second, assited by Nolan McMillan and Savanah Gropp. Our lead was cut in half when Howick scored another high one past Bowles with 4:13 left in the second.
Our defense needed to be on their game in the third period so we didn't blow a 2 goal lead. They did their job as did the offense scoring 2 more times. Jamie Donnelly unassisted and Nolan McMillan with the help of Hargrave and Noal Kirkham.
A 6-2 win for the Predators!
