Atom LL are working to get on the winning track.
The Atom LL travelled to Tiverton on Sunday during our first blast of winter weather.
The Atom's were going to Tiverton to play the Kincardine LL team. We had a shorter bench than normal and the coaches knew that the team would have to work hard.
Tim Beuerman was the lone goalie for the day and played the whole game between the pipes. One minute into the game Sawyer Voskamp was quick to get us on the board with an unassisted goal.
Unfortunately that's all we would score this day as Kincardine went ahead to win 5-1. Our team had a hard time finding their groove with passing and skating this game.
Back at it this weekend when we have practice on Saturday at 11am in Monkton. Sunday we travel to Goderich Memorial Arena for a 2:30 pm start.
