Great weekend of hockey for the Atom LL squad
The team had 4 games of hockey this weekend.
Saturday we travelled to Grand Valley for a tournament hosted by the Grand Valley Twisters.
Our first game was 10 am vs. Centre Wellington. We won that one 2-1.
Our next game was 12 pm vs. Paris Wolves. That game was a 6-1 win as well. This win moved us into the A finals at 5:30 vs. Minto Mad Dogs. We fell short on this one losing 5-1.
A great day for the team!
Sunday we opened up our WOAA playoffs. Wingham Ironmen came to the PERC for a 6pm game.
A great team effort as well for this game as final score is 5-2 Win.
Thursday night we welcome Drayton to Monkton for a 6:30 pm game.
Friday night we travel to Ripley for a 5:45pm game.
