Midgets Win A Tight One Over Seaforth
Our boys got back on track with a closely contested 4-3 win over first place Seaforth. Derrick Knill got it started 5 minutes into the first with Colton Quipp and Derek Erb picking up assists only to have the visitors tie it up with under a minute to go in the frame. Seaforth scored two in the second with Quipp picking up his first of the night from Knill and Erb with 5 minutes left to trail by 1 going into the third. Central Perth came out strong in the third with Quipp picking up his second of the night assisted by Sammi Roes and Derrick Knill. Shawn Skinner scored the game winner with 8 minutes remaining set up by Erb and Ethan Leblanc and the boys hung on short handed for an exciting finish.
