Midgets Get First Win of Season
Our boys traveled to Kincardine on Thursday night this week and left with a 4-1 victory following a much more disciplined effort and strong goaltending by Jake Carter. Aaron Tollenaar got us on the score board twice in the first period with assists going to Ethan Leblanc and Derrick Erb. The the team carried the two goal lead into the third period when a late penalty put the team down a man going into the third and Kincardine capitalized to make it 2-1. Central Perth regrouped with two third period goals by Sammi Roes set up nicely by Shawn Skinner and Tollenaar with assists also going to Cooper McCourt and Derrick Knill.
