League Home Opener
The Midget Reps hosted the Wingham Ironmen in their season home opener on Friday night. The teams battled hard for the lead in the first with the visitors scoring the lone goal. Wingham took a two goal lead five minutes into the second when our boys responded with a goal from Jeremy Scheerer set up nicely by Jaxon Gilbert and Shawn Skinner. Wingham scored once more to take a two goal lead into the third. Despite having numerous power play opportunities in the third period, the boys could not capitalize and allowed three unanswered goals in the third for a 6-1 loss.
