Fundraiser Options

Fundraising opportunities are now available for you.  Attached are forms for Elmira Poultry,  Little Caesars Pizza and information about Rheo Thompson Mint Smoothies.  Paper copies of the order forms will be available to pick up at the arenas.

To earn back a fundraising levy (one levy is $150) the following options are available:

1.      work at the door -  This position involves running the door, collecting admissions, and in Monkton selling 50/50 for approximately 45 minutes prior to game time to approximately 10 minutes after the game start.  There are two gate positions for every co-ed team and girls 'C' teams.  The first running October - December, and the second running January - March.  The list/sign up sheet was posted in Milverton and will be moved to Monkton.

2.      sell product - by selling product that results in $150 profit you will have earned back one fundraising levy.  (For Elmira Poultry you would need to sell 30 boxes for a full levy or 15 boxes for half a levy, for Little Caesars you would need to sell 25 boxes for a full levy or 13 boxes for half a levy and for mint smoothies you would need to sell 232 for a full levy or 116 for half a levy)  Elmira Poultry and Little Caesars will be sold again in the new year.  (sales will be combined to reach half a levy or a full levy)

3.      helping the association with various tasks - by working at an event (like hockey weekend) or by helping to sort product when it comes in.  Helping for at least six hours will earn you a full levy and helping for at least three hours will cover half a levy.

4.      being a parent rep for the season - this position will earn a full levy if you are parent rep for a team for the season.  Speak to the coach for details on this position.

5.      other opportunities that may arise throughout the season.

Opportunities will be sent out via parent reps from the fundraising committee, posted on the website and posted on the bulletin boards at each arena.

**Please note that any and all fundraising is strictly voluntary and you may choose to participate in some, all or none.**
