night on the road!
Sometimes you win and sometimes you learn. Learn to lose is exactly what the Atom LL team did last night in Goderich. The team struggled to find their drive and motivation to make their skates move.
Conclusion… 7-3 loss to the Goodrich Sailors 2, the team’s first loss.
Landon Boers gets the team on the score board with his unassisted goal in the first period. Reid Douglas with the help of Nolan McMillian follow in the second for goal two. Ryerson Hargrave puts the final goal on the board with his unassisted goal in the third.
The good news from this game….the hockey season isn’t over. There will be more wins and more losses, and learning from each of these games will continue to make this team stronger. To the Atom LL team, if you’re feeling drained, looking for some motivation, look across the ice at your crazy hockey fans. We will always be there cheering you on.
The team will take what they have learned from last night’s loss to the ice this Monday as we welcome the Goderich Sailors 1 team to the PERC.
