Wow! What a weekend! With great games being played all weekend it was busy.
Hockey weekend wouldn't have been such a success without you. Thank you to all the volunteers who came out to help at the gate, the raffle table, the treats table, in the score booth (some of you may get asked to fill a full time position), in the kitchen and in the music booth. Thank you to all the teams for putting together such fantastic baskets. They really looked awesome!
Thank you to all the fans who came out to cheer on teams. Thank you to our sponsors who are so great to support our local hockey system.
Congratulations to all our winners from the weekend! Lots of happy people!
And one last thank you to the volunteers on the fundraising committee for being available for the whole weekend to help with set up and clean up and for keeping the weekend running smoothly.
The lottery tickets have all been distributed, and hopefully everyone has had time to start on the selling. If not already - I'm sure everyone is planning to hit up all the grandparents and family at Christmas!
The lottery cheques that you wrote at the time of registration for either $100 for a single player, or $200 for multiple players, will be cashed on November 30, 2015.
When you sell the lottery tickets, you keep the money. The book (s) you received have been paid for with this lottery cheque.

The draw date is Saturday, January 30th. We will need the ticket stubs back about a week before that so that everything can be finalized. We are working on having a spot to collect tickets in both arenas, but in the meantime, you can give your completed books to your parent rep.
