Hockey Days Win for the Midget Reps
Your Midget Reps hosted TCDMHA on Friday night as part of Central Perth Hockey Days Weekend, and the boys didn't disappoint.
LeBlanc got the game rolling halfway through the first, assisted by Quipp and McCourt. TCDMHA would answer back fairly quickly, but Skinner followed that up assisted by McCourt and LeBlanc. We'd end the first up 2-1.
The lone goal of the second came from Skinner, his second of the night, assisted by Steckly and Terpstra. The boys would head into the flood up 3-1.
TCDMHA would not go away easy, and would climb to within 1 late in the third. Skinner would answer that for the hattrick, assisted by Quipp and LeBlanc. TCDMHA would score one more in the dying seconds, final score Central Perth 4, TCDMHA 3.
Next up for the Reps is the beginning of Silverstick, Sunday Nov 12th at 5pm in Wingham. Game two of the tourney comes Tuesday night, again back in Wingham, puck dro pat 6:15pm.
